Who is who
Each car wash that uses CarWashEasy is the responsible party for the information it records about its customers. CarWashEasy is the operator: we store and process that information only to provide the service to the car wash.
What we store
- About car wash owners: business name, email, WhatsApp number, city, password (encrypted).
- About their customers: number plate, car make, phone number, services, prices and visit times.
What we use it for
To run the app: show the board, prepare WhatsApp messages, build reports. We do not sell data, show ads, or message a car wash's customers ourselves. WhatsApp messages are sent by the car wash from its own phone.
Customers of a car wash
Your number is used to tell you when your car is ready and, sometimes, to ask for a review. To see, correct or delete your information, ask the car wash — or contact us and we'll pass it on.
Security and retention
Data is stored on secured servers and is only visible to the car wash it belongs to. When a car wash closes its account, its data is deleted within 30 days. Demo data is deleted within 24 hours.
